Have you ever wondered what it would be like to experience youself in another version of you? Initially, you might think that this question is a bit ridiculous, but riddle this: What is the definition of an actor/actress' role? Why do we love/hate movies? Why do we love costumes for all different kinds of occasions? Why are we excited and wanting to vicariously live through another version of ourselves?
See, once we start asking ourselves these questions, the answer becomes very clear. You wondered what it would be like to be a pirate one year, they wanted to know what it was like to be a real life nintendo party, your neighbor was dying to show you their matching salt & pepper costume, etc. The wonder and curiosity of life outside the norm not only excites us, but gives us creativity to see the world in a different way. And that dear friends- are reasons why we wander together to discover a different life full of mystery, fantasy, and sometimes just wonderful wishful thinking.
In the spirit of Halloween though, let's start with seven fun and punny riddle wonders to kick off Tell A Tale Tuesday!
